Our courses are like bite-sized episodes, with 4-6 videos that are just 3-5 minutes each. And don't worry, we've got quizzes to keep your staff on their toes along the way. These are the perfect length to keep your staff engaged AND they lend themselves to great discussions and activities if you want to watch them together as a staff. We're constantly expanding our virtual course library and would love to talk about your needs and ideas.

Why Virtual Courses?

You have a lot to cover, and you don't always have a lot of time to do it. Virtual courses are great because:

  • They give everyone a common jumping-off point before camp.
  • They get basics out of the way, leaving you more time for relationships and the things you have to cover.
  • They can help fill gaps for staff members who miss parts of training.
  • They're like bringing in an outside trainer without bringing in an outsider trainer.

Both options have access to our full library of virtual courses.

Upgraded Virtual Courses
With our upgraded courses, you have the ability to create accounts for your staff and check their progress. Members can purchase this option to upgrade their virtual course experience.

$ 600/year or $50/monthly
Basic Virtual Courses
Basic virtual course access is included, along with other benefits, as part of our membership. Staff have access but will have to send in their certificates of completion — you cannot monitor progress.

  • What's the difference between basic & upgraded courses?

    The basic courses give unlimited staff access to the courses, but it doesn't give your team the ability to track their progress. To show they've completed it, staff will download their certificates and upload them to your staff portal or email them to you.
    With upgraded access, you can track everyone's access on the backside.

  • How do you use these courses?

    Feel free to get creative with how you use these virtual courses. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

    1. Kick off the camp experience by sending out the courses before staff arrive. They can complete them at their own pace and come prepared with new knowledge and skills.

    2. Spice up the virtual learning experience by hosting a course party! Invite your staff to join you for a fun-filled session where everyone can enjoy snacks, music, and a lively atmosphere while completing their virtual courses together.

    3. Make the most out of the videos by watching them as a team. Take breaks to discuss, engage in activities, and share insights. This way, you can foster meaningful discussions and create a collaborative learning environment.
